XXXX XXXX I was notified from my bank that one of my transactions have been sent back to my Bank of America business account so I called Bank of America to confirm they said yes they have my funds and to go in a branch to see if one of the workers there can either reopen my account or to open a new account so XX/XX/XXXX I went into a branch near me I was told basically I wasnt able to open an account Ill have the call this number so they can issue out an cashiers check I called Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX since Monday XX/XX/XXXX was XXXX XXXX when I spoke to someone Tuesday I was told Ill have to wait 10 days to receive my check in the mail and 2 days to receive my tracking number so between XXXX days so today Monday XX/XX/XXXX I called to see if I can receive my tracking number this representative said my funds is on hold no tracking number have been issued due to them holding my funds for an extended period of time listen my birthday passed I couldnt do anything I was supposed to buy a XXXXXXXX XXXX as a birthday gift to me for my business I cant even do that due to them withholding my funds from me Im upset I can admit that only because its too many representatives saying different things I really just want my rightfully owned money please I have to get stuff for my business and I cant with all these different responses to my questions.
