see above claim. To CFPB : you guys closed my claim without even trying to read it! my claim : need investigation documents from citi regarding unauthorized transactions which citi states is my legal right. yes we went court and it was settled. HOWEVER, i still need these documents for an open case with XXXX. citi 's response didnt make any sense, im requesting documents not claiming unfair treatment.
