Hi Team, Hope this email finds you well! I'm an international student who opened the checking account with XXXX. However recently I experienced the disappointed experience with them due to fraud activities. I lost totally XXXX dollars on the checking acc. Please kindly help me on this issue : I found there has XXXX exact same amount transactions with XXXX dollars with different merchants on XX/XX/XXXX by using XXXX XXXX XXXX. The truth is I never use XXXX wallet and XXXX devices. I reported XXXX transactions of XXXX dollars each but there has XXXX more unauthorized transaction by using XXXX XXXX with the small amount of XXXX dollar on XXXX I missed to check and report initially. Therefore, XXXX declined my claim and decided to charged me checking acct. When I called back and reported again, they decided no longer helping me anymore.
