Citibank said they would mail me a letter within 7-10 days explaining why they closed my savings account on XX/XX/2024 but the letter never arrived. I also have not received my funds which is over {$10000.00}. I have been trying to get a hold of them ever since but I am on hold for wait times longer than an hour. They have not been helpful with the situation at all and can not explain to me why they closed my account. They decided to just close my account out of the blue without a warning or alert, and I was unable to access my account and funds ever since.
