Consumer Narrative
The company was not my choice at all it was Bamk of america prepaid card for unemployment insurance. The amounts where XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX And XXXX XXXX it always occurred on pay day after taking out cash for my bills since I don't need or like to carry alot of cash on me in case if I loose it but in this case I was being careful with my finances since I got unemployed XXXX XXXX so I had to get some credit cards maxed out and had no choice to let the go to collection the worst was having no way to lay the agreed payment plan with the court on 2 traffic tickets I had gotten and that suspended my license until I was able to pay it back and till this day I just sold my XXXX XXXX XXXX to buy an electric scooter so I can at least have some time of transportation to the new XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I recently did receive a XXXX $ XXXX CHECK from BOA prepaid department after they are canceled and that XXXX XXXX is the new unemployment issue and I have had no typed of frauds or any issue with that new company I'm glad that Bank of america lost the contract to the California unemployment insurance or something but I and ithe customers have XXXX petty on them and that department since they proofed to me twice they do not XXXX about who was getting scammed since the photos that they sent to me from the atm that they used to withdrawal my unemployment payments monthly 2 weeks will be cool and the other weeks for the last of the month I will always get cleared out to XXXX and I suspected it was a roommate but bank of america fraud department sent me 2 photos of a XXXX male and female and another of me and said I was responsible for what has happened to me since I admitted I used the atm to withdraw my cash for bills and when j was at a store or in a date I would get my card declined and will go through so much mental stress and even contemplated committing XXXX because those events led me to touch rock bottom for the first time ever in my life because I've never been broke and I could not even explain to my dates I wasn't able to pay them back because they investigated supposedly and assumed I was a female and a XXXX XXXX XXXX male when I'm XXXX now looking XXXX. To make matters worst I still have all the letters that they rejected my claims on and had different people be the ones to withdraw cash i even showed my roommates to see if I was going crazy and they all admitted that 1 I was nit a woman and 2 the male was to old and XXXX to be me and despite sending them my ID and photos of my XXXX they declined it because I had my father 's adress instead of the adress I was using when I had to go live XXXX with a roommate since I got XXXX for always making excuses
