I am requesting for the removal of two ( 2 ) incorrect late payments information on my credit report with my Chase Bank credit card account. The information is listed below for your information and request that you investigate and remove my late payments from my credit report. I was marked 30 and then 60 days late on my credit report during the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I understand other consumers were given deferments so that they did not have to make payments under the CARES Act, including myself. I was in constant communication with the Chase Bank, and we had agreed to make the payment due on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am requesting that the late payments be removed from my credit report. REMOVE INCORRECT LATE PAYMENT INFORMATION I am disputing the following incorrect late payment below ( XXXX ) and ( XXXX ), in which Chase Bank and I agreed for me to pay the necessary amounts on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX respectively : XXXX. Chase Bank, credit card payment due on XX/XX/XXXX - Paid as agreed on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. Chase Bank, credit card payment due on XX/XX/XXXX Paid as agreed on XX/XX/XXXX My latest communication with Chase Bank was on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they confirmed the accuracy of the information above. Pursuant to FCRA {$1600.00} under reinvestigation procedures, youre allowed you 30 days to complete this investigation, after which I authorize you to mail me my updated credit reports along with the investigation results, I am asking that you verify the account directly with the source of the information.
