I qualified for a conventional loan with Zillow for a family estate property sale. The closing amount went up from {$100.00} to {$1400.00} to around {$4500.00} to close. I had been gifted {$39000.00} of equity in a family estate sale. The real estate sale called for me to pay an additional fee of XXXX $ for an extension of 7 days just so i could keep the interest rate at the initial 5.5 %. The under writer also said that I had to get another insurance on top of that I already had at XXXX XXXX So many extra fees and issues have started to pop up. All this at the time we should have done closed. I had to pay extra because we went past our closing date. All these extra fees are accumulating at the approaching closing date. These fees were never discussed in the beginning or anywhere. What should have been a relatively easy process has turned into a disaster, I'm in fear of it ruining me financially. I had excellent credit when this started, my score was nearly an XXXX. I already have bought and paid for one house which I'm gifting to my grandson. Financially stable more than adequately. Now after all this deceitful, outlandish rigermoral I'm worried about my credit being trashed, something that I have worked hard on to have in good standing. They have stomped all over it.
