I originally had XXXX as my loan service provider. Prior to Covid I negotiated my monthly payment to {$400.00}. XXXX became my new loan provider. On or about XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to XXXX to resume my payments and was told to consolidate my loans which I did and was transferred to Mohela as another loan service provider. My new loan payment is {$1100.00} for 8 months and will increase to {$2000.00} for 24 months. Every time I call I am referred to SAVE program that computes higher repayment amounts. In addition I applied for the loan PSLF associated with my place of employment. I received notification in XX/XX/XXXX that my employer qualified. To date not received confirmation my loans are forgiven. I want Mohela to honor my monthly payments of {$400.00}. I want status on my PSLF application. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
