I applied for Public Service Loan Forgiveness on XX/XX/XXXX and got the Federal Education department for PSLF XXXX payments approval on XX/XX/XXXX. Many students have the same date letter got discharged from MOHELA on XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX but not me. I called and emailed both Federal Aid department and MOHELA many times- more than 15 times but no update and no help. All answers I got is need to wait, no time frame, no reason why. Im so frustrated, I feel unfair and hopeless. Everyone time, I called them and requested to talk with ombudsman, I said no ombudsman option or put me on hold then hung up.
