Consumer Narrative

I noticed that the company was double charging me every month causing my checking account to over draw hence overdraft fees. So when I checked into that I realized the company has my loan at over % XXXX. I was desparate and needed to be able to travel to see a friend before they passed away but no where did I see % XXXX interest rate! I never would have signed that. So I asked for a copy of the documents they never produced them
