I did a mobile deposit on my new chase account. It stated that funds would be available the next day. This was on XXXX and the next day nothing I called XXXX and was told to give it XXXX more hours. I did and nothing. Finally I received a message that it wouldnt be available until XXXX I called chase and they said the only thing I could do was call the issuer of the check. I didnt that and they told me if I have a different account to cash it through that. So I cash it through a different account but then the funds would not go through due to XXXX placing a hold on that mobile deposit. Now it is XX/XX/XXXX and I have reached out to XXXX several times and went into the current branch that is by my home they said funds would be released today and they still are not. Now I got back a hold of XXXX for the review and they tell me they can do nothing until they can verify the phone number for the check issue. I had given them both phone numbers that are associated with the company that I received. The check from the lady said that they were closing my account on the XXXX. I dont care about that. I want them to release the hold on the check so I can go cash it somewhere else since they refuse to do it.
