I have several issues with Bank of America. The first is how long it takes them to handle simple disputes. The delay is solving has caused my accounts to be in a negative light. I have filled a recent dispute that should have been resolved in no more than XXXX business days. BOA is telling me that it could take up to 90 days and that is awful for a banking institution. The event in which I am expecting a refund for takes place in now XXXX week. This sickings me because I spent over {$570.00} for tickets and I really can't afford this type of loss. Other banks take XXXX business days to resolve BOA has had that XXXX XXXX already. Provisional credit for half the amount is unprofssional. Provisional credit and not full decision made is unacceptable. The event that I am disputing has changed without my permission, I agreed to the event on that date that was promoted NOT six months later during a holliday month on a date Im expected to work. I do not wish to travel during the month of XXXX I did not agree to an event that takes place at this time. Also their is poor sales on event that has caused ticket salers to sell tickets for XXXX percent less then what I previously paid for the tickets. XXXX. Issue is with the lates fee to my credit card, the app will make it seem as though the payment went through sucessfull however days later you learn you didnt pay at all and now have a fee... Well the chat implied that if I made a double payment bringing the account current he would reverse the fee. I paid than received an email stating the fee would not be reversed. #. The are charging overdraft fees to one of my accounts that is not set up to go into overdraft, also if BOA release my funds within reason I wouldn't be in position to receive overdrafts.
