Incorrect and over charged from past due amounts and statements falsified past due amount and new amount due do not match up Phone harassment after explaining situation with trying to get eyes corrected XXXX and situation told would do hardship and stop interest, and I became overwhelmed by excessive fees charged and tacked on monthly. Also have lawsuit filed against me, but court company will not investigate errors on billing statements requested to get validated three times and never received proper notification of lawsuit through mail was also called multiple times daily after requesting for feasible payment instead of them adding hundreds of dollars in charges for late fees and stating I owe more than I actually shouldve been paying them was to the point I never missed a payment on anything until this happened and after I had my XXXX XXXX, it has severely caused financial and emotional distress
