I contacted customer service after being released from hospital about charges I did not authorize. The charges were from XX/XX/XXXX to the XXXX. I reached out XX/XX/XXXX. They responded on XX/XX/XXXX, denying the claim and taking away the previous temporary provisional credit. The team it was reported and denied is not adequate time to investigate thoroughly. Ive reached out several times to appeal this decision or for reconsideration as the denied reason states Unfortunately, these charges were authorized, and the merchant completed the service requested, so we are unable to pursue recovery on your behalf. Ive contacted them XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and still no additional information has been provided to me.
