Marcus bank, a XXXX bank, illegally took out, for period ending XXXX, {$24.00} from our cd account. We are NOT subject to with holding. We submitted several times form, stating on oath and under penalty for perjury that we are not subject to with holding. In fact we talked to XXXX supervisors and they did confirm that Marcus bank has received the form for with holding. These supervisors assured us that Marcus bank will not take out any Money from our account. See above.
