I tried to withdraw some money from my Marcus Savings account and it didnt go through. I called a representative, he said he has no idea when it was locked, why it was locked, and that in 3-5 business days I should have an answer. totally unacceptable, I wanted to close my account and move my money elsewhere, he repeated the same information again. Additionally I got no notice that my account was locked either.
