Loan started XX/XX/XXXX total owned {$28000.00} at Sallie Mae.I have paid total of {$32000.00} up to this date. Now its XXXX almost 2 decades after still paying and I still owe {$11000.00}. The company kept changing the names like XXXX and now XXXX and kept transferring to different loan companies. I tried to call when covid happened but they never listened. They took money and keep taking money in my bank account. Its unfair that the interest they set can't be changed. Please help.
