I took a {$250.00} payday loan out in 2021 and have paid XXXX back to them with NOTHING GOING TO THE PRINCIPAL! They are charging me over 300 % interest and not a dime has been applied to the XXXX original amount! This could go on for the rest of my LIFE! They are predatory lenders, and this surely can not be legal! To apply NOTHING TOWARD THE ORGINAL AMOUNT BORROWED IS OUTRAGEOUS!! I have no idea what to do as I can not get any original documents, and they have sent this to an attorney office even tho I have paid over 10x what I have borrowed years ago!!
