XXXX claims that my federally held student loans were changed to privately held loans and I inquired to see how I was notified about this and there was no response. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX and would have not agreed to switching to a privately held loan, as I would be seeking some of the XXXX. Navient has not provided this information and is showing many late payments during the COVID payment pause and stating I was not eligible, as my loans were privately held. To date, they have not provided information to verify that I when I was informed my loans would be privately held, and if it was when I consolidated my student loans, they failed to disclose my public loans would become privately held by consolidation.
