My card and funds was stolen and I filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year>. I was told I had to write a letter to be granted a provisional credit while an investigation is conducted. Im writing this complaint before I submit letter so this claim could be governed for constructive fraud. I dont feel my claim will be investigated in a due process manner.
