I submitted a letter of hardship XX/XX/XXXX. My husband lost his job early XXXX, got in a XXXX car wreck and I had health issues at still struggling with health issues. After they approved the forbearance we could not get an explanation from the mortgage company as to why our payments went from XXXX to XXXX a month in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. They gave me speculative answered but transferred me around a lot. They knew that we were going through hardship and I tried to make payments. After months of talking to them one man said I could short sale, but the house was probably going to be up for foreclosure by XXXX. Scared to be homeless because of the threat we moved out. The house was up for auction in XX/XX/XXXX and I assumed it sold until I received calls from current people looking to help prevent foreclosure This has been a hard 2 years but my husband and I are finally getting financially stable again.
