My student loans were forgiven in XXXX after completing more than XXXX payments for the PSLF program. I overpaid and Mohela let me know that I would receive a refund for a little over $ XXXX and that I would receive the money within 90 business days. I call back in XXXX to check in on the refund and they said that it wasn't actually processed and that they were going to do it then. I have called back numerous times since then ( and several times in the last month ) when I called today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they claimed that because of a system change they still hadn't sent my refund to the US Treasury. I have a feeling I will never get this money back because no one I've spoken with has been able to give me a straight answer about where this money is.
