I continue to have problems with Citibank. On XXXX, I had disputed a debt for {$39.00} from a merchant called XXXX. This bank decides to cancel my debit card and send me a new one and then refund the amount. They obviously didn't block this merchant from re-debiting from my account! This merchant XXXX has once again, debited my account for the same amount {$39.00} on XXXX! My initial complaint against this bank was because they blocked a legitimate transaction for {$1500.00} that I completely authorized but continue to allow unauthorized transactions to be debited from my account. This bank has embarrassed and inconvenienced me but when I report a fraudulent transaction, they inconvenience me again by not only disabling my original debit card and sending out a new one, but the fraudulent transaction is allowed to be debited from my account again! I don't understand what this bank is doing! The new debit card is clearly attached to the old card. I am sick and tired of this stupid bank and all of the pain and frustration they are causing me! It makes me sick to see what this stupid bank is doing and not taking any accountability for their mistakes! I want this bank held accountable for all they have put me through! It's one nightmare after another with this stupid bank! They clearly have no intentions of protecting my account from fraud. They are more interested in making my life a nightmare!
