I reached out to cfpb in 2016 regarding issues with Navient before you all reached a settlement with them and after my 2016 complaint they began to charge me late fees and continued to charge the same fees every month for the past 4 years. I would pay the fee and it never got removed so I'd pay again and they'd still charge me. They have now transferred the fee to Mohela for me to pay again. I have more documents to attach to support my claim, but the files are too large.
