On XX/XX/XXXX we received a letter in the mail from Netspend, that included a XXXX prepaid card issued by XXXX, XXXX. Bank. The letter included my name, an account and routing number. I never applied for an account with this company, never requested information from this company and never have heard of this company. I tried multiple times to contact the company via phone and chat of which each time entered the account # it the voice respond system says it does not recognize. When trying to pursue a fraud department, it was not an option. There is no phone number on the letter or the card.
