MOHELA has repeatedly been negligent in processing applications and in communicating about serious loan and application issues since spring XXXX. Details : I have {$66000.00} remaining in student loans, starting from XXXX. My servicer has been MOHELA for some time now. I signed up for the XXXX program in XX/XX/XXXX. Following the steps provided, I consolidated my student loans, and that consolidation went into effect XX/XX/XXXX. However, MOHELA did not inform me of my payments due ( when I checked out of curiosity, I was shocked to find I was overdue on payments, which I quickly paid ), and did not process my XXXX plan application. I can still see my original XXXX plan application, which has been " in review '' since XX/XX/XXXX, despite my having completed all the consolidation and application steps required in XXXX. I just now RE-APPLIED to the XXXX program, after months of believing I was already in ( since the steps were completed and the consolidation took effect in XXXX ).
