XX/XX/year> dated letter. Opened on XX/XX/year>. Letter from Chase stating my credit card application was denied due to suspected fraudulent activity. I called the telephone number in the letter : XXXX ( Chase Fraudulent Services ). They asked for the following information to confirm my identity : Name SSN Mother 's Maiden Name Mother 's DOB Previous Address Years residing at previous address. I stupidly gave them all my information. I don't know if the number I called was actually fraudulent. I can't reach an actual human being at Chase. I froze all my credit accounts and put fraud alerts on others.
