Most recently, on XX/XX/year>, XXXX XXXX sent a letter to my attorney stating that they proceeded with a foreclosure on XX/XX/XXXX and my home is XXXX. With complaints and investigations that were opened before and after that and a break in that occurred in the studio that's occupied by a renter who filed a police report, XXXX XXXX then sent a letter to my attorney dated XX/XX/year> stating that while investigations were occurring, mandatory pre foreclosure notices may still occur. This is the conflicting information I have dealt with from XXXX XXXX since they were hired to take over the loan by Bank of America. Bank of America is the Respondeat superior for XXXX XXXX. They are responsible for the wrongful acts of XXXX XXXX. This is new information from previous complaints that are still being investigated involving fraud with falsifying and altering information and documents that XXXX XXXX has withheld after over a year of requesting the information. In the XX/XX/XXXX letter to my attorney, XXXX XXXX also stated they are not required to provide this information and the documents I have been requesting for over a year are now confidential. These are documents for which I was charged and the information requested was to clarify information they provided that was false. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stated these documents are not confidential and it appears that XXXX XXXX is engaging in further deceptive business practices to conceal their fraud.
