On XX/XX/year> my bank XXXX XXXX did a funds transfer to 3 of my credit cards. 2 were processed correctly, however Care Credit ( Synchrony Bank ) was not. The Check from XXXX to Synchrony Bank was sent to correct Mailing Address with correct account # 's. The check was processed on XXXX but was deposited into a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account. XXXX XXXX will not give me any information as I'm not on said account that check was deposited to. I have done a payment dispute with Sychrony bank who has been no help through the process. In fact Synchrony bank has stated to me several times that they do not hold any accounts with XXXX XXXX, however XXXX XXXX stated to me that Synchrony DOES in fact have accounts with them. On XXXX I faxed requested documents to Care credit ( Synchrony Bank ) it is now XXXX and they have not been in contact with me. When I call Care Credit they state check not there and to contact both XXXX XXXX and my Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX got me no where and my Bank XXXX is currently investigating the situation.
