I have put XXXX $ in the savings account marcus by goldmann sach the XXXX of XXXX. I try to take back than money to my XXXX XXXX XXXX account 1 month later. But it was impossible to take it back. My account as been locked so i call back, they even made a telephone transfer of XXXX $ more to marcus without my permission. But i had the time to stop it with XXXX XXXX XXXX I tried to made 3 transfer bank of the money to XXXX XXXX XXXX but every transfer as been canceled buy the company. Some excuse was " its not going to the same account ''. I try my best to have this money back and today they said they closing my account and I will receive a check in 7-10business days. I dont know if they really gon na send me back my money and I dont understand why i can not receive it by bank transfer.
