Every time I call support they tell me I have to wait XXXX hours to use the card it happens after XXXX or XXXX uses after I verify that the charges are in fact mine I get a text saying all clear card is ready for use it's never having every text no matter how many times they verify me by phone and extensive verification of me and my wife not sufficient I still get texts with misinformation I call let them know and they said they doing it because of fraud prevention but never once as they sent me another card or anything to resolve this even after I made a {$500.00} payment from the same bank account that we always pay US Bank with. Now they have gone as far as far as restricting my online access so now I can't even see what is going on with my card or with any of my charges but they were quick to cash the {$500.00} payment even after another week to make XXXX purchases and then the car was blocked again they tell me they're going to call me XXXX or XXXX hours and never happens they always have an excuse I do not or no one answers the phone they never leave a message I called US Bank customer service and they're saying is the reason we're going through this because it's many calls as we've gotten from you well we wouldn't call that many times and they would stop misinformation. the card that is been verified and read it by and the payment even after trying to cancel the account they sent me to a US Bank that does not exist in Florida I asked them what's the next thing I can do is it wait for a call XXXX call that never comes I'm tired of the lies I'm tired of running around and I'm tired of being treated like a criminal by them I never asked them for a bank card I dealt with State farm have paid of car loan never had a problem paying State farm even US Bank never was late all my payments don't appreciate their attitude and disregard for my credit or my wife we have excellent credit they have made our life impossible don't allow us to cancel the card don't allow us to use card but they do allow us to make payment they {$500.00} payment that was half what was owed without even being able to see the charges. We need help something has to be resolved again today yesterday the card was open used twice now the card is blocked again I am overwhelmed and I am out of ideas please help.
