**This is in relation to my previous complaint XXXX XXXX I had a payment of {$720.00} to be made on XX/XX/XXXX. Because of past issues with Autopay, I re-done autopay and called up the Citi Customer support on XX/XX/XXXX to confirm that the payment is processed though the payee account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) was not debited with the amount. The Citi customer support told me that the payment will be posted in 2 days and that there is no action to be taken from my end. However, on XX/XX/XXXX I happened to see that Citi card has added {$41.00} late fee and {$15.00} as interest added to my transactions as the payment was declined. I did have enough balance in my XXXX XXXX XXXX account for the payment to go through. I called up XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX customer support once again trying to understand why the payment was not honored. They said the Citi payment was sent again to incorrect routing number. This issue is causing me trouble as I end up paying late fee and interest for no fault of mine. Also, my credit history is being impacted. Appreciate if Citi could investigate the issue and remove the late fee and interest charged on my account Screen print from my Citi credit card account and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account is included for your reference. I have also included an audio clip from XX/XX/XXXX conversation with Citi Credit card associate confirming that the payment was processed. Note - Tried to upload the audio clip of my conversation with Citi customer support on XX/XX/XXXX to confirm that the payment that was due on XX/XX/XXXX has gone through successfully. However, the file is of 15 MB size and hence unable to attach it here.
