I applied with XXXX to have my private loans discharged because the school shut down. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and all of its associates are being sued for misconduct and scamming students into loans they couldnt ever pay back. They promised jobs and career opportunities that didnt exist. The degrees were worthless. The interest rates on the loans should be XXXX. Many were approved to be discharged and I was denied. There is no reason for my denial. They gave me vague reasoning. The stress alone that XXXX and attending this school has even affected my XXXX.
