I thoroughly cleaned the apartment ( refrigerator, stove, ( XXXX ) bathrooms, floors, and garage ) before the lease expired and was charged a cleaning fee of {$250.00}. I received no notification from the leasing office within the 45-day window. I received a collection letter from I.Q. Data Internation , Inc. DEMANDING to be paid on XXXX XXXX and stated that if the amount were not paid during the phone call, I would be sent to collections the same day. I did not know what was going on, I did not know who was calling me because the rental office said I should hear from them ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) within 45-days of the vacate date ( XX/XX/24 ). I reached out to the office and was given the collections number and stated that I had to deal with them. I expressed that I had photos to verify that the apartment was cleaned thoroughly. I am being charged for a cleaning fee and the apartment was already cleaned. The rental office has pictures as well,
