XX/XX/XXXX Re : Chase Mortgage Complaint To Whom It May Concern : My name is XXXX XXXX, I have had a mortgage on my property at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NJ XXXX since XXXX from JP Morgan Chase. Loan Mortgage # XXXX. I believe that they have been charging me for insurance that I have never needed since its inception in XXXX. I have carried my own separate homeowners policy, but they appeared to have been clandestinely billing me {$100.00} every six months for an additional {$350000.00} worth of coverage that was not needed. I can provide all of the billing statements and the inception of the mortgage if required, but JP Morgan Chase has been unresponsive and unhelpful to working with me on this or providing any transparency at all. I have included my most recent homeowners policy, can you please tell me what my options for recourse are? JP Morgan Chase is one of the worst banks in the country, although it is large, it provides zero transparency, and all of their customer service is outsourced to vary dark corners of the world where people barely speak English, this bank needs to improve its practices, as we all know, many consumer banks are providing absolutely terrible service, and a disservice to the American people.
