My lowes card got locked and online it told me to call in back in XXXX They want me to upload a video of myself confirming my identity I said XXXXXXXX XXXX They said they would mail paperwork but never did I have usps informed delivery so I can confirm they never sent me anything In the world of deep fakes and data breaches I do not consent to a private company storing a video of me looki g around and confirming my identity on thier private servers! I have fraud alerts on my credit reports at time of opening all 4 synchrony bank accounts and they never once asked for this to verify my identity back then. They refuse to talk to me. I mailed payments on the XXXX and they received all but the 1 for my lowes card I want a reply and help from corporate officer, I didn't not need to do this for any single company, not even for them when I opened my accounts even though I have identity theft alerts but 3 years later they now want a video of me??? I smell data breach and fraud with this " bank '' and I use that term very loosely. My card got mailed to me, has been used 1 time in store and had always been locked in a safe in a house with cameras and a full alarm system. Who lost my info if I didn't and they are the only other ones that have it???
