Account XXXX This was a Consolidated loan transferred from XXXX on or about XXXX The payment due is XXXX The first payment was due XX/XX/year> which was paid on time. The XXXX payment is due XX/XX/year> which is pending. On or about XXXX a Past Due entry was put into the account showing 6 months of past due payments, totaling approximately {$3100.00} ( XXXX payment of {$520.00} ) was entered without any documentation or details showing past due as of XX/XX/year>. I Called on XX/XX/year> and spoke to a representative, XXXX, questioning the past due.She was unable to explain or justify the entry. She promised to put the past due in forbearance and have the item researched. However, on XX/XX/year> a 2nd delinquency notice was posted to the account requesting payment of {$310000.00} and indicating that the amount was more than 30 days past due. My account is up to date and there is no past due amount. My account with AidAdvantage has not been with this services for 6 months. All the statements provided by AidAdvantage shows no past due amount. I fear that AidAdvantage may report a past due amount to the Credit Bureaus which will damage my credit ratings and interfere with a Mortgage Applications. I am demanding that my account be placed as current.
