Consumer Narrative
I have been actively requesting a refund for overpayment since XX/XX/year> of a refund over {$15000.00}. Bank of America has sent a total of {$1200.00} and still owes my company the remaining fund. I have been getting the run around, been put on hold for horrible amounts of time, and transferred so many times, I can't count. I was promised to receive the funds owed to me by XX/XX/year> and still have not received the remaining money owed to me. It should be illegal to hold funds owed when the overpayment has been acknowledged by XXXX Bank of America employees.
