This is a follow up complaint to the one filed in XXXX and closed in XXXX of this year. Company response did not address the issue, acknowledge their error, nor make any attempt to resolve.. Current issue- have received notification from Federal Student Aid that I have reached 120 payments under the PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVENESS program and no further payments are due. MOHELA will not place my account into forbearance upon my request. I have made 12 payments more than I was required to under law, due to MOHELA incompetence and failure to resolve issues in a timely manner. The only responses I continue to receive from MOHELA are payment due communications and responses that clearly indicate that no one has looked into my issue.
