i filed a complaint on sps in XXXX pertaining to unpaid property taxes after receiving payment in my escrow account. i filed another complaint XXXX after receiving a forfeiture of property for unpaid XXXX taxes. the company responded that they Paid XXXX $ in XXXX and a document was mailed to me so i was responsible for the rest. however, i dont receive tax documents due to my taxes are part of my escrow account. i received a letter of delinquency and contacted the ombudsman of sps and was reassured it was a error the taxes were paid. after filed my complaint in XXXX, sps paid the delinquent XXXX taxes and applied it to my escrow balance. i contacted them to have the delinquent charges removed considering i was already charged in XXXX for these taxes that wasnt paid. i was told my account has already been reviewed at this was the result and the property is scheduled for foreclosure XX/XX/XXXX. seeming it was a friday afternoon, i waited until the following monday XX/XX/XXXX to contact sps ombudsman again. i finally got thru and spoke with a gentleman whom stated his name was XXXX. i explained to XXXX exactly what i told the representative on the previous friday. he took a look at my account and said yes your account has been reviewed and we paid XXXX $ in XXXX i replied if you guys only paid XXXX $ in XXXX why did you report to the irs you paid over XXXX XXXX he stated no we paid XXXX $ as stated in the response to your complaint. i then replied yes you guys responded that you paid XXXX $ but report you paid over XXXX. he asked me and where did you get this information. So i replied off my XXXX you guys sent for XXXX he asked if he could put me on hold. he returned and said yes i see that on your XXXX i said so why am i being charged again and why did you guy respond you only paid XXXX $ but charged me over XXXX in escrow. i then stated this seems like some fraudulent stuff and this company need to be looked into by the attorney general. He paused and stated what resolution are you looking for. i told him, removal of the delinquent charge applied XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX taxes. the removal of the negative marking on my credit report during this entire dispute. he replied well ive sent your case for escalation and someone will reach out to you. he then responded oh i see. we did paid XXXX $ in XXXX but i did send it for escalation, but i probably already now they response, but we will see. I then stated how can you see the payment now if you guys replied to my complaint with XXXX XXXX and if you see it, why was it paid again in XXXX he replied. ive escalated this and someone will reach out to you. today is XX/XX/XXXX and i still havent got that corrections nor a response.
