Consumer Narrative
USAA stole my money! They debited my loan payment from my account twice! They will not give me my money back! The duplicate payment caused my account to be overdrawn. My credit card was charged {$200.00} to cover the overdraft without my permission. My scheduled transactions are causing the account to be overdrawn even more. I called XXXX about the duplicate transaction and nothing has changed. I called XXXX about the duplicate transaction and nothing has changed. They told me I have to wait XXXX weeks for the money that they stole to be returned to me. If it was me that owed the money, I would have to pay it immediately.
