XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX This CFPB has been filed to request pursuant to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C 1681c-2 ) that you, the XXXX credit reporting agency , block information appealing on my consumer credit report that results of identity theft and fraud with 4 business days of you recieving this complaint. This fraudlent, inaccurate, and false information consists of a personal credit card account opened at Robinhood credit, on XX/XX/XXXX under the account named XXXX XXXX, another credit card account XXXX card services XX/XX/XXXX, I cant give the exact dates of both of theses accounts opening all I know there have been a data brench and I have been recieving letters concerning this matter also mail being stolen out my trash. Theses accounts have resulted in several fraudulent hard inquires and fraudulent collections appearing on my consumer XXXX credit report.
