Consumer Narrative

I contacted XXXX regarding a charge on my credit card that was meant to be refunded by the company back in XXXX. Initially, XXXX removed the charge, but it was added back after a few months. I followed up, provided the refund receipt, and XXXX removed the charge again. However, now theyre stating that the charge is valid because the company wont remove it, which is incorrect. We did not use the service that day, and I have documented proof, including a picture of the refund receipt.
