I have already filed XXXX complaints over not receiving my money the bank is withholding they responded with that I needed to send in identification to verify I use the app that they told me to use and every time I put my information in along with my a picture of my ID it says an error has occurred and then has me start all over again I have done that 5 times now and Everytime its the same result a message saying error occurred and try again.so what am I to do now when the app they provide won't work. I just want my money that is rightfully mine.
