I received a text message from Chase Bank letting me know that they were preparing a wire to go out from my checking account. I immediately called and let them know I didn't request a wire from my c/a I to stop the the wire/pull back the wire ( I know you can do this as I work in mortgage lending/banking ) They transferred me to the department that prepares wires and they insisted that I requested it. I said I did not and do not send it. This went on for 45 minutes, when they finally sent me to the wire department and I spoke with XXXX. He told me that he would not to check into it and call me back. He called me back and said it met the criteria and it would be sent. They didn't send it till XX/XX/year> when I called him back I asked to whom it was sent to? He said XXXX XXXX XXXX in Pa, which was a Chase account. I don't know any one in Pa. He indicated that Chase requested the money back but, were waiting for their response. They never got back to Chase and they would send it to the wire department to investigate. I received a letter 2-3 weeks later thru the mobile app and said they found I requested the wire. I have been trying to get my money back from Chase and to no avail. I believe they were complicit with this wire fraud. I have gone into the local branch in XXXX, Utah and spoke to the branch manager, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and she sent a report the wire department and they would get back to her. It was 9 days later and she called me to tell me that they received request to investigate and they would be calling me in the next few days and it would come from the prefix number of XXXX which would come from XXXX. I never received a call. I contacted XXXX to let her know that I never received a call. She called me to let me know I would receive something soon from Chase. I received a notice on the mobile app stating that they found it to be that I did request the wire. I'm so frustrated as this has been a financial burden to me. Please help me.
