I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Bank of America for its inadequate response to my dispute regarding fraudulent charges amounting to over {$72000.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX, a Ponzi scheme based in Texas. Despite providing Bank of America with comprehensive documentation, my case has not been resolved satisfactorily, and I am seeking your intervention.
