I went to open a bank account with bank of America and i was denied access. when i inquired about the reason i was denied, the bank teller told me i had committed fraud with a previous account, also because i have outstanding balances with other banks such as XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX The banks listed above never notified me that they were going to report this information to any consumer reporting agency 's. and the information they reported was not accurate per the FCRA. I am a struggling XXXX who needs access to his bank account to get my life back on track mentally and financially, this denial hinders me from moving forward in life being blacklisted by the banking system whom I've lost trust in with limited access to credit, loans etc. failure to remove this information will result in me seeking legal remedy
