Consumer Narrative

This is a follow-up to a complaint filed on XX/XX/XXXX ( in which XXXX XXXX used a deceitful tactic in an effort to avoid responding ) and a follow-up complaint filed on XX/XX/XXXX that an agent with CFPB suggested I file XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX, both my renter and I who are out of town, saw clips on our security cameras with people entering our property through the locked gates, climbing through a window of the studio where my renter stores items, rummaging through our items and the locks were changed. This was discovered by having a neighbor and a realtor friend check on the property after seeing this. Because of XXXX XXXX 's lack of communication with both myself and counsel, we have no clue if this is of their making. My senior lead officer advised I file police reports. I have emailed XXXX XXXX but have yet to receive a response.
