On XX/XX/XXXX I received an estimate to have water proof laminate installed in a home I'm not living in. I accepted the proposal, not realizing the salesman wrote the wrong color floor on the order, you don't receive a paper copy of the estimate it's only on XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX a friend let the installers into the unoccupied home, I was preparing the home so I could move in, not realizing the floor installers would need to be supervised. Since I'm not living there I went on XXXX to take a look at the job, to find the wrong color floor was installed with the correct trim, they left metal anchor plates for the bannisters exposed rather than covering them with flooring, they cut back the carpet from the trim too short, they took a trash can that had a bag of sand in it dumped the sand in the mulch bed, XXXX int he empty trash can and left it in the home, stole items from the home. I immediately started to call XXXX XXXX XXXX to rectify the matter, and was constantly getting disconnected or hung up on. They have refused to acknowledge the XXXX, the theft of items, the incorrect color flooring and state that the exposed metal plates are against federal law to cover. I contacted Synchrony Bank to file a dispute to no avail, they state that they spoke to someone about the matter and everything had been resolved, when nothing has been resolved. Synchony Bank is also unwilling to do their due diligence, they need to actually investigate rather than just take the word of a shady floor company. I'm a grieving widow that has been trying to get my life back together and move forward, I feel like I've been taken advantage of by both XXXX XXXX XXXX and the bank and no one is doing anything to fix it. Everything is stalled at this point, I can't get painting done until the floor situation is fixed.
