Hello, I have a XXXX XXXX [ XXXX Bank ] and was late on my XXXX & XXXX payments because I was out of the country and was charged a {$40.00} late fee in XXXX & {$40.00} late fee in XXXX. Not only are the late fees outrageous, but I am also still making a payment within the 30-day window. I received nonstop calls and text messages for XXXX weeks straight in XXXX when it hadn't been over 30 days, and I made my payment within the XXXX window. The calls and text messages were harassing even though they were still in the 30-day window, and I made a payment within XXXX weeks of the actual payment date. I would like to report the harrassement I received and the late fees that are even more than my minimum payment.
